The service at this hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and cute. They made my daughter's birthday special with a complementary cake. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. Public transportation was convenient with bus stops and metro stations close by.

The hotel bar atmosphere is a bit lacking, as it is located opposite the lifts and feels more like a corridor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel facilities, including the pool and outdoor spaces, were well maintained. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the best tourist spots, including a busy boardwalk and nice Spanish restaurants nearby.

Staying at this luxury hotel was an unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities provided here were beyond impressive. the impeccable service, beautiful spa with various treatments and facial services, sauna, and infinity pool with a sun terrace were all top, notch. the stunning outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a garden area, and sun loungers made it even more comfortable. the treatment room was spacious and had professional therapists who offered a variety of beauty treatments such as body scrubs, steam room, pedicure, and waxing.

this was offset by the hotel's exquisite in, room breakfast and the availability of plenty of poolside snack bars, bars and lounge areas, and special diet menus that made up for it.

Upon arrival, I was actually surprised by the warm and efficient check-in process. The lobby area exudes elegance and sophistication. The hotel's location by the marina offered magnificent sea views from my room on the 22nd floor. The concierge staff was helpful, providing valuable suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk of Barceloneta beach. The hotel's Aurola restaurant exceeded my expectations, with a superb tasting menu and a bartender named Diego who crafted a personalized cocktail for me. I was impressed by the fine ambiance and the friendly, sincere staff. Highly recommended. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
